We had a new boiler & radiators fitted . From the initial quote & great advice ref the new radiators we found Paul to be very professional. He turned up on time every day & treated our home & us with respect & quietly got on with the job. We were particularly impressed when after he had fitted some radiators he noticed a small blemish on them.He pointed it out to us and arranged for the supplier to replace them. He said he wanted his work to be up to the standard he’d want in his own home which is a great ethos.I’m not sure many other plumbers would have done this, particularly as it meant extra work for him. He left our home clean & tidy and ensured that the old radiators & waste were taken away . He had to prompt the scrap man but if Paul promises to do something he does it. We have a ten year guarantee on our boiler so Paul is going to service it every year . We would throughly recommend Paul.
